Friday morning on FOX and Friends, Ainsley Earhardt interviewed Bethenny Frankel from the BStrong initiative, a humanitarian aid organization working in partnership with the Global Empowerment Mission to provide relief for people in crisis. In the aftermath of Hurricane Ian, BStrong and the Global Empowerment Mission are providing 50 trucks full of aid and over $2 million of supplies to Florida.
Frankel shared that her team has a warehouse fully stocked in Florida and they were prepared to respond immediately in the wake of the hurricane. BStrong is continuing to send trucks to Florida and the Global Empowerment Mission has volunteers already distributing crisis kits on the ground. Frankel explained that BStrong prepares crisis kits containing the supplies they have learned are desperately needed by families during these circumstances including hydration kits, hygiene kits, food, formula, clothing, and items for children among other supplies. As recovery efforts enter the next phase, BStrong also distributes cash cards and provides construction materials for rebuilding.
