Blue Lives Matter NYC Founder Warns “We Have to Get Back to Law and Order”

Monday morning on FOX and Friends, Ainsley Earhardt interviewed Blue Lives Matter New York City founder Joseph Imperatrice on the violence facing police officers around the country, referencing the heartbreaking death of 22-year-old NYPD officer Jason Rivera and his 27-year-old partner Wilbert Mora who is still fighting for his life in the hospital.

In response to Ainsley’s question about why this violence against police officers is growing out of control, Imperatrice explained, “politicians for several years have been bashing the cops, standing on the side of the criminals, creating legislation that gives the upper hand to the bad guys and takes it away from the victims while villainizing our police officers.” Ainsley recalled the videos of police officers being pelted with water and cop cars being set on fire, to which Imperatrice added that those incidents “set the tone going forward.”

Imperatrice asserted that “we have to get back to law and order, stop worrying about the feelings of the criminals and worry about the feelings of these poor victims.” Ainsley agreed, adding that “if we don’t reverse course, we’re going to see more of this.”
