Tuesday morning on FOX and Friends, Ainsley Earhardt interviewed Carrie Severino, president of the Judicial Crisis Network, to discuss the leak out of the Supreme Court suggesting that justices may soon overturn Roe v. Wade.
Severino explained that the leak is “absolutely jaw dropping” knowing the security that surrounds the opinions, noting that the only people who really have access to them are the justices and their clerks. In describing the reaction and protests that have already started, Severino shared that this is “discouraging” and “a new low in attempts to bully and attack the Court.” Discussing the potential for violence and protests, she added “it’s almost as if there’s no American institution they’re unwilling to destroy in order to achieve their extreme policy goals.”
