Wednesday morning on FOX and Friends, Ainsley Earhardt interviewed Paula Faris, founder of Carry Media, who launched a platform exclusively for working moms to let their voices be heard.
Faris explained that there are 35 million working mothers in America and many of them are feeling “mom guilt” and carrying some level of burnout. She adds that some working mothers also feel that their voices are not valued in the workplace, and are considering leaving their positions.

Through Carry Media, Faris is giving working mothers an opportunity to be heard and be a part of a community where women can find strength and support from others with similar experiences.
