Thursday morning on FOX and Friends, country music star Lee Brice discussed his initiative to give back to America’s heroes by donating $1 from every ticket sold for his upcoming Label Me Proud Tour to the Tunnel to Towers Foundation and Folds of Honor.
Brice shared that getting to meet heroes on the road has deepened his relationship with them and it weighs on his heart to give back to them any chance he has. With ticket sales for 3,000 to 10,000 people a night for three to four nights a week all summer long, Brice is expecting a significant amount to be raised for the charities.
Joining Brice on FOX and Friends was Frank Siller, the CEO of Tunnel to Towers, who expressed his appreciation for Brice’s efforts to give back to America’s heroes. As America prepares to honor our fallen heroes, Siller shared that he loves that families come together Memorial Day weekend and hopes that they take the opportunity to teach children and discuss with others the meaning of Memorial Day remembering the “tremendous sacrifice that was made for our freedom.” Siller added that our American heroes “fought for us, they protected us, and now it’s time for us to step up.”
