Actor Dean Cain joined Rachel Campos-Duffy on FOX and Friends Tuesday morning to discuss his reaction to Tim Allen’s tweet targeting wokeness and “cancel culture.”
Cain explained that Allen’s message was “shut your mouth, stay in line, or you’ll be canceled.” Cain pointed out that being a comedian today is challenging because “everyone is looking to be offended by everything,” but he says comedians are “supposed to make fun of those in power” adding that “that’s the whole idea and the woke are certainly in power.”
Cain also discussed his new film ‘Paul’s Promise’ which is an inspirational movie that Cain describes as “anti-racism at its core.” The film tells the story of a pastor who started one of the first integrated churches in the South, and Cain said the message the film shares is an important one.
