Tuesday morning on FOX and Friends, Ainsley Earhardt interviewed Leo Terrell to discuss President Biden’s Supreme Court Nominee Ketanji Brown Jackson as the confirmation hearings continue. Terrell insisted that Judge Jackson’s claims to be independent and neutral are “disingenuous” and false.
Terrell pointed to Judge Jackson’s record of being soft on crime and holding opinions of the far left. He noted that Republicans have the right to challenge her judicial opinions, but asserts that she will “dodge” tough questions. Terrell warns that if one believes in the “rule of law,” having a soft on crime Supreme Court Justice will be dangerous.
