NJ Teacher Describes How She Saved Her Student’s Life

Thursday morning on FOX and Friends, Ainsley Earhardt interviewed third grade teacher Janiece Jenkins from New Jersey who saved her student’s life. After her student, Robert, was choking on a water bottle cap, Ms. Jenkins, who had just taken a refresher course on life saving techniques, immediately sprang into action performing the heimlich maneuver to save his life.

Robert and his father sat alongside Ms. Jenkins, and shared how grateful they were for her being there for Robert. Robert’s message to his teacher was “I love you,” and his father added that he and his extended family sincerely appreciates Ms. Jenkins’ quick actions that saved his son’s life.
