Monday morning on FOX and Friends, Fat Daddy’s Pizzeria owner Chad Pritchard joined Rachel Campos-Duffy to discuss his strategy for dealing with inflation and the threat of labor shortages.
Pritchard is refusing to fire any of his employees to keep his business running. He explained that to keep his employees, he is investing in them by training them. Pritchard is also handling discipline issues differently to avoid losing his employees.
