Monday morning on FOX and Friends, Ainsley Earhardt interviewed Senator Mike Lee (R-Utah) to discuss the cases the U.S. Supreme Court has left with about a month to go before they recess for the summer.
Lee shared that the U.S. Supreme Court will meet multiple times each week over the next four weeks and issue decisions once they are finished including the Dobbs case which will determine the fate of Roe v. Wade.
In his new book Saving Nine, which will be released tomorrow, Lee breaks down the left’s plans to pack the Supreme Court and prepares Americans to argue against their agenda. In his book, Lee gives readers “the tools they need” to stop the left from taking such measures and references the last time the left tried to pack the Supreme Court in 1937 which, though it was a failed effort, had an impact nonetheless.
