Teenage CEO of Multi-Million Dollar Business Gives Advice to Kid Entrepreneurs

Tuesday morning on FOX and Friends, Ainsley Earhardt interviewed teen multi-millionaire Mikaila Ulmer who is the CEO of ‘Me & the Bees’ lemonade at just seventeen-years-old. Ulmer shared key advice for kids who want to start their own businesses, and explained how she came to start hers.

Starting with her great grandmother’s flaxseed lemonade recipe that is sweetened with honey, Ulmer turned the special mix into a multi-million dollar business, and her business is one with a mission. For each lemonade sold, Ulmer donates a portion to organizations that are saving the bees. Her idea is a success not just in the United States, but around the world as people are embracing her mission.

After appearing on Shark Tank and earning an investment of $60,000, Ulmer’s business has grown incredibly over the past few years. ‘Me & the Bees’ lemonade has 6,000 distribution points including Costco and Publix, of which the latter is the largest distribution deal they have made thus far.

Ulmer is motivated to inspire other kids to pursue their dreams of being an entrepreneur. She has written a book, Bee Fearless, and has planning sheets that can be accessed on her website. With her commitment and tremendous amount of support, Ulmer is confident that ‘Me & the Bees’ will become America’s number one lemonade.
